Cancellation Policy
All appointments are made in good faith, but please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice, I miss the chance to fill that appointment and other clients miss the opportunity to enjoy a treatment
I am human, and realise some things are beyond your control, but please remember that I am self employed and a missed appointment costs me money in room rental and lost income too.
So, if you do need to rearrange your schedule, I will do my best to accommodate you, but I do ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged at 50% of the total appointment cost if I cannot fill the appointment space.
Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the total appointment cost.
Late Policy
If the you are more than 15 minutes late for any appointment I have the right to refuse to carry out the treatment if I think a shortened treatment would not be beneficial or would compromise the integrity of my skills.
I would rather be able to offer you something within the time remaining, but please be aware that the full treatment price will still be payable.
Respect & Modesty Policy
As you can imagine, my business usually requires clients to remove some clothing for many of the treatments.
With this in mind, I try and give each client the privacy they need to undress and dress before and after the appointment and protect your modesty throughout the treatment.
Obviously, intimate bikini waxing for the ladies does require you to remove your knickers, but rest assured I am very professional and carry out these treatments every day. I am not embarrassed by body parts and have seen everything, so hopefully my matter of fact attitude will help you to feel at ease.
For those people having massage, I politely request that underwear is kept on at all times. I will refuse to treat you if you do not adhere to this request.
Please also note, that any unnecessary or lewd advances towards me will not be tolerated.
